MEET THE OWNERS

Joseph and Cassie are both proud Arizona natives, born and raised in the state. Cassie grew up in the Phoenix area, while Joseph was raised in Sierra Vista. The two met while attending nursing school in Tucson and married soon after. They began their careers as travel nurses, exploring the country and gaining valuable experience in healthcare systems across the United States.

Eventually, they settled in Gilbert, Arizona, where they welcomed their first child. Cassie pursued a career as a Registered Nurse, spending over 10 years in critical care, primarily in Cardiac Intensive Care Units. After having their fourth child, Cassie transitioned to full-time motherhood when the family moved to Northern Arizona in search of a small-town community where they could put down roots and raise their children.

Joseph is an Air Force veteran whose service included deployments to Kuwait and time stationed in Italy and South Korea. After his military service, he continued his healthcare journey as a Registered Nurse with more than a decade of experience in emergency medicine. He later earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University.

After relocating to Northern Arizona, Joseph and Cassie recognized a growing need for compassionate, high-quality primary care in their community. This inspired them to open Hometown Healthcare in Prescott Valley, a clinic focused on genuine, patient-centered care. Shortly after, they launched Uptown Aesthetics, a sister branch offering exceptional skincare services to the community.

Cassie and Joseph now enjoy life in Northern Arizona with their five children. They spend their free time camping, fishing, and embracing the great outdoors. They feel deeply blessed by the life they’ve built and are passionate about serving others through the gift of healthcare. They also strive to share their faith with those they encounter, seeking to make a meaningful impact through each daily interaction.
