Elle graduated with honors from the prestigious Penrose Academy's Aesthetician program down in Scottsdale, while dual enrolled in their Laser Technician program. She graduated top in her class in both programs, while concurrently serving on Student Council.  Elle was then distinguished by being hand selected nationally into Beacon, an Elite Students Program for advanced training and opportunities by the Professional Beauty Association. She has since acquired a strong foundational Dermatology background, has performed a multitude of advanced medical laser treatments, worked with a large selection of modalities and devices.  She has worked diligently to achieve certification to be able to perform every possible category of cosmetic corrective laser and RF treatments allowable by the Arizona Health Services Department. Elle’s passion and love of learning continues to drive her to the most cutting edge training workshops and conferences to expand her knowledge, skills and achieve multiple advanced technique certifications.

Elle strives to offer the best and highest level possible of treatment and care available to her clients. She takes pride in each customized treatment she performs and enjoys building a personal connection and plan with every client that establishes trust and puts a personal investment in each individual's skin care needs. With her passion for aesthetics, laser treatments, and helping people feel confident and beautiful, she has built up a loyal clientele, and a reputation for excellence. Elle is a 3rd generation native to Arizona. She enjoys hanging out with her 7+ adult children and grand-babies, adventures outdoors with her loving husband, and spending time with Strider, her Andalusian steed. Elle believes strongly in a work-life balance, strives every day to accomplish all she can, and to live her life to the fullest.
